Based on targeted sampling, 20 nurses were selected from the COVID-19 ward of Shahid Sadoughi Hospital in Yazd. The semi-structured interview was conducted, recorded, and written. In the quantitative stage for the validation of the package, while using the face validity and content validity, a panel of 12 experts was used for evaluation .
Results: After extracting 9 main categories, the training package was developed according to the findings. Content validity index (CVI) and content validity ratio (CVR) were used to validate it. The coefficients in all items for the CVI were higher than 0.79 and for the CVR were higher than 0.56.
