abstract ={Introduction: Sexual health is an important aspect of public health, especially in women. Healthy and satisfying sexual intercourse is an important factor in maintaining family health and preventing sexual disorders. In Iran, the prevalence of women sexual disorders was reported 31-72% in different age groups. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of a post marriage marital skills educational program on sexual function of women referring to the marriage counseling center of Mehriz City in 2020. Methods: This quasi-experimental study was conducted on 72 women who had been married for 6 months to one year. The participants were divided into the control (n = 36) and intervention (n = 36) groups. The data were collected using female sexual function index (FSTI) questionnaire. The intervention group was educated in 4 sessions of 120 minutes. Data analysis was performed by SPSS version 22 using descriptive and analytical statistics. Results: The mean age of the subjects in the intervention group was 22.58±4.83 and in the control group was 21.83±4.01years. The results showed that after the educational intervention, the mean score of sexual function increased significantly from 22.9 to 27 in the intervention group (p <0.05). There was also a significant increase in sexual desire, psychological stimulation, vaginal moisture, orgasm, satisfaction and a decrease in sexual pain (p <0.05). In the control group, the mean score of sexual function did not change significantly. Conclusion: It seems that the designed intervention of marital skills education on women's sexual function had a significant effect on all dimensions of sexual function. It is recommended that educational-counseling interventions be performed after marriage in health centers.},

title = {The Relationship between Depression, Anxiety, Stress, and Physical Activity with Cardiovascular Disease Risk, Using Structural Equation Modeling in Adults in Yazd City},
abstract ={Introduction: Cardiovascular disease is one of the most common causes of death worldwide. In recent years, the role of psychological factors in the onset and exacerbation of cardiovascular disease, particularly coronary artery, has been widely taken into consideration. This study aimed to investigate the role of depression, anxiety, stress, and physical activity on the risk of cardiovascular disease using structural equation modeling in adults in Yazd city. Methods: This correlational study was carried out using data from the health survey of people in Yazd province in 2014-2015. The sample size of this study was 3514 people. The DASS21 questionnaire was used to measure stress, anxiety, and depression, and the 10-year risk of cardiovascular disease was calculated using the Framingham risk score. Total cholesterol, HDL, blood sugar, and blood pressure were measured to calculate the components of the risk score. The data were analyzed by SPSS23 and AMOS 23 using structural equation modeling. Results: The prevalence of depression, anxiety, and stress in diabetic patients were 34.6%, 35.9%, and 39.2%, respectively. The final model fit indices included CMIN/DF=5.07, CFI=0.862, GFI=0.91, NFI=0.83, TLI=0.835, and RMSEA=0.052, indicating the suitability of the model. Depression, and stress items had a significant effect on cardiovascular disease risk score mediated by physical activity index. Conclusion: The prevalence of depression, anxiety, and stress were high in Yazd city. Physical activity plays a mediating role between psychological constructs and the risk of cardiovascular disease. },

title = {A Multi-Objective Optimization Model of Health, Safety, and Environmental Risks of Coastal Landfills (A Case Study of the Coastal City of Bandar Abbas)},
abstract ={Introduction: The increasing development of urban life is one of the fundamental challenges in urban management of waste disposal. Solid municipal waste is one of the major problems of governments and urban planners worldwide, especially in coastal cities. This study aimed to design of an advanced linear planning algorithm for coastal landfills with a focus on safety, health, and environmental risks. Method: This is a qualitative study. Multi-objective optimization presents a mathematical model by evaluating the three risks of health, safety, and environment. First, the data were collected using interviews and qualitative analysis, and then in the second stage, the analysis was presented using model linear planning. Results: In the risk assessment of the landfill site, the presented computational results can be found that stable models provide unfavorable answers compared to definitive models. This is a natural issue; since in stable models, the worst case scenario is considered to achieve the optimal solution, and therefore the resulting answers are always unfavorable compared to the definitive models. Conclusion: By analyzing the risk assessment at the landfill site, the causes of accidents and complications resulting from work in this place include unsafe practices or unsafe and unsanitary conditions. In fact, trying to create and improve health, safety, and environmental conditions of landfills in Bandar Abbas city and the increase in reliability confirmed that these two factors are the secondary causes of accidents. The root causes can be considered as a defect in the management system of the landfill site. },
