Introduction: Today, religious coping behaviors such as prayer, hope in God and participation in collective rituals are considered as one of the main determinants of health behaviors because it can have positive effects on womenchr('39')s behavioral strategies with the aim of self-care. However, there is little empirical research in this scope and the present study intends to investigate the relationship between religiosity and self-care of women.
Methods: The present research was a survey cross-sectional study. The population of this study included all Women 18-70 years old, the city of Yazd in 2020. The sample size was determined based on Cochran formula 737 and was used with Probability Proportionate to Size Sampling (PPS). Data based on a researcher-made self-care questionnaire and religiosity standard questionnaire were collected.
Results: The results on the relationship between religiosity and self-care revealed that the effect of religiosity on self-care was positive and significant (β= 0.38, p<0.001). The effectiveness rates of religiosity on womenchr('39')s self-care in the marginal, the middle, and the upper areas were 0.56, 0.38, and 0.36, respectively (p<0.001). Also, there was no significant difference between the intensity of the relationship between religiosity and self-care in the three areas (CR<1.96). Also, the structural equation model had a good fit.
Conclusions: It is necessary that since womenchr('39')s decision to adopt care-oriented behavior is conditioned by the social conditions that surround them, we should pay special attention to the social contexts in which they live to improve self-care performance in them.

Introduction: Electrocution is one of the most important accidents that lead to death. Considering the factors related to the electrocution accidents can reduce the incidence of this type of accidents and their consequences. This study was designed and conducted with the aim of analyzing and modeling the parameters affecting electrocution accidents.
Method: This study was a retrospective descriptive-analytical study that was conducted in Tehran province in 2019-2020. This study was performed on electrocution accidents over a period of 8 years (2011-2018). The data collection tool included the report of 220 cases studied in Tehran Labor Office. In this study, multinomial logistic regression analysis has been used. Significance level in this study was considered 0.05.
Results: The findings of modeling the factors affecting the consequences of electrocution accidents showed that six parameters including age, work experience, education, time of accident, unsafe acts and the set of causes of accidents had a significant relationship with the type of damage caused by electrocutions (p<0.005). The greatest impact on the consequences of electrocution accidents were related to unsafe acts , the causes of the accident and the time of the accident per day with an odds ratio of 4.8, 2.19 and 1.84, respectively.
Conclusion: The results indicated that electrocution accidents and their consequences can be affected by various parameters and factors and their severity can be intensified or reduced due to the role of these factors. The most important factors influencing the consequences were included unsafe acts such as perceptual errors and skill-based errors.

Introduction: Oral health is one of the most important aspects of public health and people with mental health problems are at higher risk of oral diseases. The aim of this study was to evaluate the oral health status of adults aged 30-75 years with some mental health problems in a sample of Iranian population.
Methods: This cross-sectional study was performed using Persian cohort baseline data in Shahedieh, Yazd. In this study, 2287 people aged 30 to 75 years with a history of some mental problems (depression, learning disabilities, memory disorders, other psychiatric disorders) who were gradually included in the study between 12/5/2015 and 21/9/2017. In this study, data related to the DMFT (Decayed, Missing, and Filled Teeth) index and the status of oral health behaviors were analyzed. Descriptive statistics were used to examine the basic characteristics of the participants and Mann-Whitney and Kruskal-Wallis tests were used to evaluate the difference between the mean DMFT index in demographic variables. The significance level of the test was considered 0.05.
Results: Most of the participants (70%) were female and their mean age was 48.17 ± 9.17. The mean and standard deviation of DMFT score among all participants (with and without dentures) was 20.99± 8.4. The mean and standard deviation of missing, decayed and filled teeth were 1.13 ±11.12, 1.96 ±3.15 and 3.9 ± 4.66, respectively. Of the subjects, 23.7% used teeth floss, 1.8% used mouthwash and 24.9% once, 3.5% twice, 1.3% three times a day, 19.2% did not brush at all and 22% did not brush because of dentures. There was a significant relationship between DMFT (p <0.001) and the variables of number of brushing times, flossing, age, social class, level of education, marital status.
Conclusion: DMFT index is undesirable among people with some mental problems and this index is associated with most demographic variables and oral health behaviors. Training and raising the level of awareness in these people is recommended.

Introduction: Ammonia in form of ammonium ions is toxic and could decrease the dissolved oxygen in water and endanger the aquatic life. The aim of this study is the removal of ammonium using oxidation and adsorption by catalytic ozonation and clinoptilolite zeolite, respectively.
Methods: The research method is Experimental. First, optimal pH of ammonium adsorption on carbon catalyst (5 g/L), Garmsar and Firoozkooh zeolites and oxidation were determine. Then, in catalytic ozonation process, the effect of other variables on ammonium removal efficiency such as the concentration of carbonic catalyst (0.5- 50 g/L) and the reaction time were investigated. Then the effect of retention time and adsorbent concentration on adsorption of the remaining ammonium and nitrate produced by the oxidation process using zeolites and their modifications were determined.
Resuts: The results showed that optimum pH for the ammonium adsorption process by carbon catalyst, catalytic ozonation and zeolite was 8, 9 and 8, respectively. However, the optimum pH 4 was determined for nitrate removal. The highest ammonium absorption capacity was related to natural Firoozookh zeolite and 18.5 mg/g, and the effect of ligand and acid modification decreased 12 and 14% of absorbed capacity, respectively. It is also, the highest nitrate removal efficiency was related to Garmsar ligand modified zeolite (98%) and an absorption capacity of 11.2 mg/g. In the COP/absorption process the concentration of ammonium was decreased to 0.6 m /L.
Conclusion: This method effectively eliminates ammonium, and the modification of zeolite with cationic surfactant increases the efficiency of nitrate removal and the concentrates of all pollutants are brought below standards.
