Introduction: The quality of work-life plays a significant role in employee satisfaction and organizational effectiveness. Due to their direct educational impacts, teachers play a unique role in nurturing future generations of society. This study aimed to investigate the quality of the work-life of teachers in Mehriz City.
Methods: This descriptive practical study was carried out among 440 people as the study population. We selected 248 people randomly by cluster sampling method. The data collection tools included the Ilgan Quality of work-life Questionnaire. To analyze the data, we used descriptive and inferential statistics and SPSS software.
Results: The findings showed that the quality of the work-life of teachers was at a desirable level, but the wages and benefits were at an unacceptable level.
Conclusion: The findings of this study emphasized that the principal concern of the teachers in Mehriz was the issue of wages and benefits. Therefore, teachers not satisfied with their current salary cannot have ideal creativity, planning, and educational efficiency. Although the reward of a teacher's work is not just in the form of material rewards, the reality is that a decent wage is a necessity to live a dignified life.

Introduction: Work-life balance, as one of the stresses that most employees deal with in their daily life, can lead to job stress. In this regard, the overall aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of training stress coping skills on work-life-balance of the staff of department of education in Yazd Province.
Methods: This experimental study was conducted by a pretest-posttest design with experimental and control groups. The statistical population of this research included all staff of Education Department in Yazd Province. Consequently, 40 staff (20 in the experimental group and 20 in the control group) were randomly selected and divided into the experimental and control groups. The instrument of this research was Wang & Co's (2009) work-life balance questionnaire. Finally, the collected data were analyzed using covariance analysis.
Results: Findings showed that stress coping skills training had a significant positive effect on work-life balance of employees (F=70/978, p<0/001) and according to the ETA squared coefficient, this training could explain 65.70% of the variance of work-life balance of employees.
Conclusion: Overall, training in stress coping skills could improve the work-life balance of the experimental group through identifying and controlling stressful situations, enjoying a balanced work-life stress-free experience, and identifying their physical and facial expressions and thoughts during stress.

Introduction: The children's vulnerability to unpleasant life issues depends on their existing social abilities and skills. Social skills are defined as the skills needed to adapt to social needs and social adjustment. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of family factors in aggression of preschool children in terms of social skills as a mediator.
Method: This research was descriptive (correlation). The statistical population of the study included all preschool students in Yazd in the academic year of 2018. Participants included 350 students selected based on Cochran formula and compilation sampling. Eliot's stress management scale, Marlow's and Crown's social acceptance scale, Nef's self-compassionate scale, Trascat's children social skills scale, and Vahedy et.al children aggression scale were used to measure the research variables. Data were analyzed by SPSS 21 and AMOS 20 using path analysis.
Results: The path analysis method indicated a good fit of the model and showed that among the family factors, parents' stress had a positive direct effect and social acceptance had a negative direct effect on aggression.
Conclusion: Family factors, with the intervening role of social sciences has a significant effect on aggression in preschool children .

	<abstract language="eng">
Introduction: Psychosomatic experts have tried to associate mental disorders to physical illnesses. The vulnerability of different parts of the body is thought to depend on fundamental differences between individuals. One of the methods that seems to affect the psychological problems of asthma patients is acceptance and commitment therapy. Therefore, the aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of acceptance- and commitment-based therapy on resilience, psychological well-being, and life expectancy in asthmatic patients.
Methods: This quasi-experimental pre-test and post-test study was conducted on 30 asthmatic patients who were randomly assigned to the experimental (n = 15) and control (n = 15) groups according to the inclusion criteria. Acceptance and commitment therapy sessions were based on the treatment package of Hayes et al. in 8 sessions of 60 minutes on the experimental group and no intervention was performed on the control group. All participants took part in the pre-test and post-test. Collection tools included Conner-Davidson Resilience Questionnaire, Schneider Life expectancy, and Ryf Psychological Well-being.
Results: The results showed a significant difference in the components of resilience, psychological well-being, and life expectancy in asthmatic patients before and after the experiment (p <0.05). In other words, acceptance and commitment-based therapy had a positive effect on resilience, psychological well-being and life expectancy in asthmatic patients and these components have increased in patients.
Conclusion: Findings showed that acceptance- and commitment-based therapy was effective on resilience, psychological well-being, and life expectancy of asthmatic patients. This treatment is suggested to be used in conjunction with drug therapy to improve the psychological symptoms of asthmatic patients.

Introduction: Awareness of pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is obligatory for every graduated medical student. In fact, only correct and effective Cardiopulmonary resuscitation can increase the survival rate of patients with cardiopulmonary arrest and since CPR techniques and maneuvers should be done in a specific way for children, it is important to evaluate the knowledge of pediatric resuscitation.
Methods: In a cross-sectional study, multiple-choice questions were designed about basic and advanced pediatric cardiopulmonary resusitation (under 8 years) and 100 medical students enrolled in undergraduate training. Results were analyzed using the software SPSS 15.
Results: The interns' advanced awareness was significantly less than the basic knowledge (P-Value < 0.001). The awareness of students who studied in CPR was higher than students who did not (P-Value < 0.027). Moreover, students who participated in the rehabilitation of children were more aware (P-Value < 0.002) and interns who attended the Heart Ward had a higher level of awareness (P-Value < 0.001).
Conclusion: In general, results obtained from the interns' awareness in the present showed the importance of pediatric resuscitation training courses and participation in resuscitation operations. So, this training course should be considered as a training strategy course in the internship program.
