fa بررسی عوامل تسهیل کننده و بازدارنده مراجعه زنان باردار به دندانپزشک: یک مطالعه مقطعی در میان زنان شهر زاهدان Assessment of Facilitators and Barriers to Dental Visits Among Pregnant Women: A Cross-Sectional Study in Zahedan, Iran دندانپزشکی Dental پژوهشي Research مقدمه: بارداری با افزایش خطر مشکلات دهانی همراه است، لذا مراجعه زنان باردار به دندانپزشک ضروری است. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین عوامل بازدارنده و تسهیل‌کننده مراجعه زنان  باردار به دندانپزشک در زاهدان انجام شد. روش بررسی: این مطالعه توصیفی–تحلیلی در سال ۱۴۰۲ در مورد زنان باردار مراجعه‌کننده به مطب‌های متخصصان زنان زاهدان انجام شد. حجم نمونه شامل ۱۸۸ نفر با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس در نظر گرفته شد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، پرسشنامه‌ محقق‌ساخته بود که  روایی آن توسط ده نفر از متخصصان سلامت دهان از دانشکده‌های مختلف و پایایی در گروهی از زنان باردار تأیید شد. داده‌ها وارد نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه ۲۴ گردیدند. جهت تحلیل داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی، آزمون من-ویتنی و رگرسیون لجستیک در سطح معنی‌داری 05/0 استفاده شد. یافته ها: در این مطالعه،  عوامل تسهیل‌کننده مراجعه به دندانپزشک بین زنان باردار، توصیه ماما (3/30٪ ؛ 04/0=(P و مراقبین سلامت (1/26٪ ؛ 03/0=(P بود. باورهای نادرست درباره ایمنی خدمات دندانپزشکی در بارداری (۵۰٪، 021/0=P) و سلامت بارداری نامطلوب (8/21٪ ؛ 04/0=(P از عوامل بازدارنده شناخته شد. طبق مدل رگرسیون، توصیه ماما (ضریب =16/0؛ 005/0=(P، توصیه مراقب سلامت (ضریب=19/0؛ 005/0=(P، و توصیه متخصص زنان (ضریب=14/0؛ 017/0=(P از عوامل مؤثر و معنادار در افزایش مراجعه بودند، در حالی که سلامت بارداری نامطلوب (ضریب=21/0؛ 02/0=(P و باورهای نادرست (ضریب=19/0؛ 005/0=(P عوامل بازدارنده اصلی محسوب شدند. نتیجه‌گیری: توصیه‌های تیم سلامت (ماما، مراقب، متخصص زنان) نقش کلیدی در تسهیل مراجعه زنان باردار به دندانپزشک دارند؛ در مقابل، باورهای نادرست درباره ایمنی خدمات دندانپزشکی و سلامت بارداری نامطلوب ، مهم‌ترین موانع مراجعه هستند.   این مقاله برگرفته از پایان‌نامه دوره ی دکترای عمومی دندانپزشکی است.   Introduction: Pregnancy is associated with an increased risk of oral health problems; therefore, dental visits during pregnancy are essential. This study aimed to determine the facilitators and barriers affecting dental attendance among pregnant women in Zahedan. Methods: This descriptive–analytical study was conducted in 2023 on pregnant women attending gynecologists’ offices in Zahedan. The sample size included 188 participants selected through convenience sampling. Data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by ten oral health experts from various faculties, and reliability was verified in a group of pregnant women. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 24. Descriptive statistics, Mann–Whitney test, and logistic regression were applied at a significance level of 0/05. Results:The main facilitating factors for dental visits among pregnant women were the midwife’s recommendation (30/3%; P=0.04) and the healthcare provider’s recommendation (26/1%; P=0.03). Misconceptions about the safety of dental services during pregnancy (50%; P=0.021) and unfavorable pregnancy health (21/8%; P=0.04) were identified as barriers. According to the regression model, midwife’s recommendation (coefficient=0/16; P=0.005), healthcare provider’s recommendation (coefficient=0/19; P=0.005), and obstetrician’s recommendation (coefficient=0/14; P=0.017) had significant positive effects on dental attendance, whereas poor pregnancy health (coefficient=0/21;P=0.02) and misconceptions (coefficient=0/19; P=0.005) were the main barriers.
