fa بررسی وضعیت کارتیمی متخصصین زنان و ماماها در بیمارستان های دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی شهر تهران مدیریت managment پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">مقدمه:</span></b><span b="" style="font-family:" zar=""> سزارین نجات بخش جان مادر و کودک هست. سزارین غیر ضروری عوارضی را به همراه دارد. برای کاهش سزارین های غیر ضروری برنامه طرح تحول سلامت اجرایی گردید. با ویرایش این برنامه در سال 97 ارائه خدمات تیمی به آن اضافه گردید. مطالعه حاضر باهدف بررسی وضعیت کارتیمی بین متخصصین زنان و ماماها انجام شد.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">روش بررسی:</span></b><span b="" style="font-family:" zar=""> پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی-تحلیلی می باشد که به صورت مقطعی در سال 1400 اجرا شده است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه 45 متخصص زنان و ماماهای شاغل در بلوک زایمان بیمارستان‌های وابسته با دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی تهران بوده و نمونه‌گیری به شیوه در دسترس صورت گرفته است. پرسشنامه‌ی نچیونی با </span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:11.0pt">CVI</span><span b="" style="font-family:" zar=""> مناسب (1- 87/0) و ضریب آلفا کرونباخ 94/0 برای جمع آوری داده‌ها استفاده شده است. تجزیه و تحلیل آماری اطلاعات با استفاده از آزمون ویکاکسون با نرم افزار </span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:11.0pt">SPSS-24</span><span b="" style="font-family:" zar=""> انجام شده است.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">&nbsp;یافته ها:</span></b><span b="" style="font-family:" zar=""> نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد، وضعیت کار تیمی و ابعاد آن در گروه مورد مطالعه بصورت معنی داری از حد متوسط&nbsp; که عدد 3 می باشد بیشتر است (001/0 </span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:11.0pt">p</span><<span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">). بیشترین نمره در ابعاد پرسشنامه مربوط به بعد هدفمندی (63/0 </span>&plusmn;<span b="" style="font-family:" zar=""> 97/3) و کمترین نمره مربوط به بعد برخورد سازنده (35/0 </span>&plusmn;<span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">39/3) بوده است.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">نتیجه گیری:</span></b><span b="" style="font-family:" zar=""> نمره وضعیت کار تیمی در گروه مورد مطالعه متوسط به بالا داشته اند. بیشترین نمره کسب شده به ترتیب مربوط به ابعاد هدفمندی، اعتماد و تعهد بوده است.قابل ذکر است، نمونه های مورد مطالعه&nbsp; در دو بعد برخورد سازنده و مسئولیت پذیری نمره کمتری کسب کرده اند.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">این مقاله حاصل از پایان نامه دانشجویی کارشناسی ارشد می باشد.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; Purpose and background:&nbsp; Caesarean section saves the life of mother and child. Unnecessary cesarean has complications. To reduce unnecessary cesarean sections, the health transformation plan was implemented. By editing this program in 2013, team services were added to it. The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the status of team work among gynecologists and midwives.<br> Methods: The current research is a descriptive-analytical study that was carried out cross-sectionally in the year 2021. The sample population included all the 45 gynecologists and midwives working in the maternity block of hospitals affiliated with Islamic Azad University of Tehran, and sampling method was convenience sampling. Nachioni questionnaire with appropriate CVI (0.87-1) and Cronbach&#39;s alpha coefficient of 0.94 was used to collect data. Statistical analysis of data was done using wilcoxon test with SPSS24 software.<br> Results: The results of this study showed that the state of teamwork and its dimensions in the studied group are significantly higher than the average (p<0/001). The highest score in the dimensions of the questionnaire was related to the objective dimension (3/97 &plusmn; 0/63) and the lowest score was related to the constructive approach dimension (3/39 &plusmn; 0/35).<br> Conclusion: The score of team work in the study group was medium to high. The highest score belonged to the dimensions of objective, trust, and accountability .
