fa اثربخشی آموزش تحصیلی به کودکان مبتلا به کم‌توان هوشی بر کاهش فشار بار مراقبتی والدین The Effectiveness of Education for Children with Intellectual Disabilities on reducing the burden of parental care روان شناسی Psychology پژوهشي Research مقدمه: گرچه فشاربارمراقبتی بر سلامت‌روان والدین دارای کودکان مبتلا به کم‌توان هوشی تأثیر نامطلوب بر جای می‌گذارد اما آموزش تحصیلی به این کودکان می‌تواند از طریق ایجاد استقلال برای این کودکان کمک‌کننده باشد. بر همین مبنا پژوهش حاضر با تعیین اثربخشی آموزش تحصیلی به کودکان مبتلا به کم‌توان هوشی بر کاهش فشاربارمراقبتی والدین آنان انجام شد. روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر به‌عنوان یک مطالعه شبه‌آزمایشی از نوع پیش‌آزمون - پس‌آزمون با گروه‌کنترل است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه کودکان زیر 14 سال مبتلا به کم‌توان هوشی در مدارس کودکان استثنایی شهرستان پاکدشت در سال 1401 بود که از میان آنان تعداد ۳۰  کودک به‌صورت در‌دسترس انتخاب و به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل جای‌دهی شدند (در هر گروه ۱۵ نفر). گروه آزمایش تحت ۲۰ جلسه آموزش، هفته‌ای دو جلسه و به مدت ۵ ساعت قرار گرفتند اما گروه کنترل آموزشی دریافت نکردند. پرسشنامه فشارمراقبتی زاریت توسط والدین آن ها پر شد و سپس داده‌های به‌دست‌آمده با استفاده از نرم‌افزار 18 SPSS و کوواریانس تک‌متغیره مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها:  نتایج به‌دست‌آمده نشان داد که تفاوت معنادار بین میانگین نمرات فشارمراقبتی والدین در گروه‌های آزمایشی و کنترل وجود دارد (535/107=F، 01/0> P)، طوری‌که می‌توان بیان داشت که آموزش تحصیلی به کودکان کم‌توان‌ هوشی ‌آموزش‌پذیر به طور معناداری بر فشارمراقبتی مؤثر است. نتیجه‌گیری: برنامه‌های آموزش تحصیلی به کودکان کم‌توان هوشی آموزش‌پذیر در مراکز مرتبط با بهزیستی (خصوصی و دولتی)، می‌تواند فشار ‌مراقبتی و پیامدهای ناتوان‌کننده احتمالی آن را کاهش دهد.   Introduction:  Although the pressure of care has an adverse effect on mental health of parents with children with intellectual disabilities, educational training for these children can be helpful by creating independence for these children. Accordingly, the present study is conducted by determining the effectiveness of educational training for children with intellectual disabilities on reducing the burden of care for their parents. Methods: The current research was conducted as a semi-experimental study with pre-test and post-test and a control group. The statistical population consisted of all the children under 14 withintellectual disabilities in Pakdasht city in 2021; 30 of them were selected through convenience sampling and randomly assigned to two experimental and control groups (15 people in each group). The experimental group underwent 20 training sessions, -two sessions a week for 5 hours, but the control group did not receive any training. Zarit Burden Interview was completed by their parents. Then, the obtained data was analyzed by SPSS 18 software and univariate covariance. Results: Data illustrated the significant difference of the parental burden mean scores between the experimental and control groups (F=107/535, P<0/01); so, it can be concluded that educational training for children with educable intellectual disabilities significantly impacts caregiving-induced burden.
