fa ارزیابی ایمنی وآمادگی مراکز بهداشتی درمانی شهرستان بجنورد در مقابله با بلایا درابعاد عملکردی، غیرسازه ای و سازه ای در سال1400 Assessing Structural and Non-structural Safety and Readiness of Healthcare Centers in Bojnord in Dealing with Functional, Non-structural and Structural Dimensions of Disasters in 1400 عمومى General پژوهشي Research مقدمه: حوادث و بلایای طبیعی و انسان ساخت پیامدهای زیانباری را در پی خواهد داشت. با توجه به اهمیت مراکز بهداشتی و درمانی در مواقع بحران، ضرورت ارزیابی میزان آمادگی سازه ای و غیرسازه ای اینگونه مراکز اهمیت دوچندانی دارد. روش بررسی: مطالعه حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی- مقطعی ، که به صورت ارزیابی کمی از 22مرکز جامع خدمات سلامت شهری وروستایی تحت پوشش مرکز بهداشت شهرستان بجنورد انجام شد.فرم ها و چک لیست های مربوطه را بصورت مصاحبه با پزشکان، کارشناسان و مشاهده مستقیم مستندات عملکردی، سازه ای و غیرسازه ای تکمیل گردید. پس از جمع آوری داده ها و تکمیل فرمها و چک لیستهای مورد نظر اطلاعات به دست آمده در تمامی مراکز، به صورت کلی مقایسه و ارزیابی گردید.  یافته ها: براساس نتایج به دست آمده از مراکز جامع خدمات سلامت شهری و روستایی مرکز بهداشت بجنورد سطح آمادگی عملکردی 56/52 درصد، سطح ایمنی عناصرسازه ای 60 درصد، ایمنی غیرسازه ای 32/57 درصد و ایمنی کل 71/57 درصد می باشد. هم چنین شاخص سطح ایمنی در برابر بلایا 6 از 10 می باشد. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج وضعیت فعلی آمادگی مراکز جامع خدمات سلامت در برابر بلایا با سطح مطلوب فاصله زیادی داشته که ناشی از نبود تشکیلات منسجم مدیریت خطر بلایا، نبود بودجه کافی و دانش نسبت به این موضوع می باشد. در بخش مدیریت خطر بلایا لازم است نسبت به افزایش درک خطر بلایا در سطح مسئولین و جامعه برنامه ریزی صورت پذیرد.   Introduction: Natural and man-made disasters will have harmful impacts. Given the important role of healthcare centers in time of crisis, they need to be regularly assessed in terms of structural and non-structural readiness. Methods: This was a descriptive and cross-sectional study conducted on 22 urban and rural healthcare centers in Bojnord, a city in North Khorasan province, Iran. The relevant forms and checklists were completed through interviews with doctors, experts, and direct observation regarding functional, structural and non-structural documentation. After collecting data and completing the desired forms and checklists, the information obtained in all the centers was generally compared and evaluated. Results: Based on the results obtained from comprehensive urban and rural health service centers of Bojnoord Health Center, the level of functional readiness is 52.56, the safety of structural elements is 60%, the safety of non-structural elements is 57.32%, and the total safety is 57.71%. The disaster safety index is also 6 out of 10. Conclusion: According to the current research, the readiness of healthcare centers for disasters is far from the desired level. This situation could be due to the lack of an integrated disaster risk management, insufficient budget and knowledge on this issue.
