The difficult physical and mental conditions that the nurses faced increased the stress in their work and family life. This study was conducted with the aim of developing and validating of stress management training package based on the lived experiences of nurses working in the COVID-19 ward in 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br&gt;

Based on targeted sampling, 20 nurses were selected from the COVID-19 ward of Shahid Sadoughi Hospital in Yazd. The semi-structured interview was conducted, recorded, and written. In the quantitative stage for the validation of the package, while using the face validity and content validity, a panel of 12 experts was used for evaluation .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br&gt;
