other تاثیر اسناد ثبتی اموال غیر منقول در ایجاد سلامت روانی جامعه تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">بدون تردید سلامت روانی جامعه در ترقی و توسعه کشور مؤثر است و بخش مهمی از این سلامت روانی ناشی از اعتماد و اطمینان فعالین حوزه های اقتصادی در سرمایه گذاری آنان است. با توجه به این امر که عرصه سرمایه گذاری های مهم، زمین و اموال غیر منقول است و چنانچه مالکیت این اراضی متزلزل باشد کل نظام اموال و اقتصاد را دچار ناامنی می کند، در این بررسی با ملاحظه داده های جمع آوری شده از طریق مطالعۀ کتابخانه ای و گردآوری اسناد، ثابت شد که تحولات ایجاد شده در حوزه قضایی و قانونگذاری در چند دهه اخیر در این خصوص، به این ناامنی دامن زده و سلامت روانی فعالین حوزه اقتصادی را در معرض تهدید جدی قرار داده است. به منظور جبران این وضع و برگرداندن این سلامت روانی پیشنهاد شد در فرآیندی که قانون ثبت اسناد و املاک برای تثبیت حق مالکیت پیش بینی نموده، از طریق اصلاح قانون، اعتبار دو سند مهم و اساسی مالکیت اعاده شود: گواهی مالکیت و سند مالکیت. بهترین روش مداخله قانونگذار نیز اصلاح و تکمیل ماده 22 قانون ثبت اسناد و املاک تشخیص داده شد.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="font-family:"B Zar"" lang="FA"></span></span></span></span></span><br> <br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span lang="EN" style="font-size:11.0pt">Undoubtedly, the mental health of the society is effective in the progress and development of the country and an important part of this mental health is due to the trust and confidence of economic activists in their investment.</span> <span lang="EN" style="font-size:11.0pt">Considering that the realm of important investments is land and immovable property, and if the ownership of these lands is shaky, the whole property and economy system will be insecure,</span> <span lang="EN" style="font-size:11.0pt">In this study, considering the data collected through library study and collection of documents, it was proved that the developments in the field of judiciary and legislation in recent decades in this regard,</span> <span lang="EN" style="font-size:11.0pt">It has fueled this insecurity and posed a serious threat to the mental health of economic actors. In order to compensate for this situation and restore this mental health, it was proposed in the process provided by the Law on Registration of Deeds and Property to establish the right of ownership,</span> <span lang="EN" style="font-size:11.0pt">Through the amendment of the law, the validity of two important and basic ownership documents should be restored: the ownership certificate and the ownership document.
