other بررسی میزان آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد زنان مراجعه کننده به مراکز خدمات جامع سلامت شهریزد در خصوص ضد عفونی سبزیجات در سال1399و ارائه پیشنهادات آموزشی مناسب عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div dir="ltr"><strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">مقدمه:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> سبزیجات آلوده به عنوان راه انتقال بیماری های مختلف و گسترده انگلی و عفونی می باشند. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی آگاهی ، نگرش و عملکرد زنان مراجعه کننده به مراکز خدمات جامع سلامت شهری در خصوص ضد عفونی سبزیجات طراحی شده است تا بر این اساس نیازهای آموزشی در این خصوص سنجیده و برای ارتقای آگاهی افراد برنامه ریزی های لازم صورت گیرد. </span></span></div> <strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">روش بررسی:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">این مطالعه توصیفی و به صورت مقطعی انجام شده است.جامعه مورد بررسی زنان مراجعه کننده به مراکز خدمات جامع سلامت بودند. نمونه ای به حجم 180 نفر</span></span><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> بدین نحو که از مجموع 5 ناحیه شمال، جنوب، شرق، غرب و مرکز یزد که مجموعا&quot; دارای 22 مرکزخدمات جامع سلامت شهری می باشد. </span></span><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه جمع آوری و از طریق نرم افزار آماری</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">SPSS</span></span><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> نسخه 19وارد کامپیوتر شدند و بر حسب نوع متغیرها از آزمون های آماری مناسب مانند آنوا استفاده گردید. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">یافته ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> تحقیق فوق بیانگر این بود که در حدود 4/54 درصد زنان در این مطالعه از وضعیت آگاهی خوبی در خصوص ضد عفونی سبزیجات برخوردار بوده اند..طبق بررسی آزمون </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">ANOVA</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">بین نگرش و شغل ارتباط آماری معنادار وجود دارد (002/0</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">P =</span></span><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">) اما بین آگاهی و عملکرد با شغل ارتباط آماری معناداری وجود ندارد (46/0</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> P =</span></span><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">) و (87/0</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">P =</span></span><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">).&nbsp; بین آگاهی ، نگرش و عملکرد با سطح تحصیلات ارتباط آماری معنادار وجود نداشت . </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">نتیجه گیری:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">با توجه به اکثریت زنان شرکت کننده در مطالعه </span></span><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">لزوم بکار گیری برنامه آموزشی در خصوص استفاده صحیح از مواد ضد عفونی کننده&nbsp; جهت زنان در مراکز خدمات جامع سلامت ضروری می باشد.</span></span><br> <br> &nbsp; <pre> <strong>Introduction</strong>: &nbsp;Infected vegetables are a means of transmitting various and widespread parasitic and infectious diseases. The aim of this study was to investigate the knowledge, attitude, and practice of women referring to comprehensive urban health service centers regarding vegetable disinfection in order to assess the educational needs in this regard and to make the necessary plans to increase people&rsquo;s knowledge.</pre> <pre> <strong>Methods</strong>: This was a descriptive cross-sectional study. The study population was women referring to comprehensive health service centers. A sample with a volume of 180 people was selected from a total of 5 districts in the north, south, east, west, and center of Yazd, which has a total of 22 comprehensive urban health service centers.&nbsp; The data were collected using a questionnaire and entered into the computer through SPSS statistical software. Depending on the type of variables, appropriate statistical tests, such as ANOVA were used.</pre> <pre> <strong>Results</strong>: The results showed that about 54.4% of women in this study had a good knowledge about vegetable disinfection. According to ANOVA test, there was a statistically significant relationship between attitude and occupation (p = 0.002). However, there was no statistically significant relationship between knowledge and practice with occupation (p = 0.46) and (p = 0.87).
