fa علل و پیامدهای ناباروری مردان تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">چکیده</span></span></strong><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;">مقدمه:</span></strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"> ناباروری دلایل بی‌شمار و متعددی دارد که اشاره موردی به آن ها، دشوار است. علل ناباروری در بین زنان و مردان متفاوت است و بررسی هر یک، پژوهشی متمایز و جدی می‌طلبد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی علل ناباوروری مردان انجام شده است.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;">روش بررسی:</span></strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"> تحقیق با روش نظریه زمینه‌ای صورت گرفته و روایت‌های مردان نابارور حول این پدیده را واکاوی نموده است. به همین منظور، 13 مصاحبه با زوجین ناباروری صورت گرفت که مشکل باروری از ناحیه مردان بود و زنان پابه‌پای همسران خود، مسائل ناباروری را تجربه کرده بودند. مصاحبه‌ها با رویکرد گلیزی، تحلیل شد. </span><br> <strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">یافته‌ها</span></span></span></strong>: <span style="font-family:B Zar;">در روایت‌ها، دلایل مختلفی برای ناباروری مردان ذکر شد که مهمترین آن‌ها ناباروریِ تعمیم‌یافته و پیوست شده از بیماری پیشین بود که به نوعی باروری مرد را زایل ساخته بود. ضمن آنکه علاوه بر تحمیل‌های فرهنگی ناباروری بر زنان، برخی از مردان نابارور، به گونه&shy;ای ناخواسته، وضعیت باروری همسران خود را تحت‌الشعاع قرار داده و به نوعی ناباروری آن ها ضمیمه وضعیت همسرانشان شده بود و با گذر زمان، همسران آن ها نیز نابارور شده بودند. </span><br> <strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری</span></span></span></strong>: <span style="font-family:B Zar;">در مجموع تمامی مباحث روایت شده، در پنج مقوله، &laquo;ناباروری ژنتیک&raquo;، &laquo;ناباروری فیزیولوژیک&raquo;، &laquo;کلیشه جنسیتی ناباروری&raquo; و &laquo;بازتولید ناباروری مردانه&raquo; و &laquo;زایش ناباروری&raquo; نمایان گردید که از بطن این مباحث، مقوله هسته &laquo;ناباروری عیان شده&raquo;، برساخت شد.</span><br> <br> <span dir="LTR"></span> <strong>Introduction:</strong> Infertility has various and innumerable causes, which pointing them out one by one is difficult and out of the scope of this paper. Infertility causes are different between males and females, and each case requires a separate and thorough research. The present study aimed to identify the male infertility causes.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This study was conducted using a qualitative method, which analyzed the infertile males&#39; accounts regarding their problem. For this purpose, couples suffering from infertility were interviewed 13 times .In all these cases, men were responsible for infertility, but both men and women experienced the issues related to infertility. Interviews were analyzed using Glaser approach.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> Various causes regarding male infertility were discussed, the most important of which was infertility as a consequence of previous diseases. Furthermore, in addition to the cultural view of women as the ones responsible for infertility, infertile males unconsciously, affected the fertility of their female partners, where ,in time they also became infertile.<br> <strong>Conclusions:</strong> In general, all the points discussed, were classified into five categories including: &ldquo;genetic infertility,&rdquo; &ldquo;physiological infertility,&rdquo; &ldquo;gender stereotypes of infertility,&rdquo; &ldquo;reproduction of male infertility,&rdquo; and &ldquo;genesis of infertility,&rdquo; from which the core concept of &ldquo;the challenges of infertility&rdquo; &nbsp;was derived.<br> &nbsp; ناباروری, مردان, انتقال, زنان.
