fa رفتار‌های پیشگیری کننده از ابتلا به بیماری covid-19 و عوامل مرتبط با آن در سالمندان شهر همدان تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <strong>مقدمه:</strong> سالمندان در معرض خطر ابتلا به بیماری <span dir="LTR">COVID-19</span> هستند، از این رو رفتار&shy;های پیشگیری کننده نقش مهمی در کاهش میزان ابتلا و مرگ و میر ناشی از این بیماری در بین این گروه دارد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی رفتار&shy;های پیشگیری کننده از ابتلا به بیماری <span dir="LTR">covid-19</span> و عوامل مرتبط با آن در سالمندان شهر همدان انجام شد.<br> <strong>مواد و روش ها:</strong> این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی در نیمه اول سال 1399 بر&shy;روی 370 نفر از سالمندان فعال کانون&shy;های بازنشستگی شهر همدان که به روش نمونه گیری چند مرحله&shy;ای انتخاب شده بودند انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرشسنامه&shy;ای بود محقق ساخته مشتمل بر متغیرهای جمعیت شناختی و سوالات مربوط به انجام رفتار&shy;های پیشگیرانه بود. اطلاعات در نرم افزار <span dir="LTR">SPSS16</span> و با بهره&shy;گیری از آماره&shy;های توصیفی، تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br> <strong>یافته ها:</strong> میانگین سنی شرکت‌کنندگان در پژوهش 47/4 &plusmn;11/64 (با دامنه سنی 60 تا 87 سال) بود . خودداری از دست دادن یا روبوسی کردن با دیگران و شستشوی مکرر دست با آب و صابون وضعیت مطلوب و استفاده از دستکش وضعیت نامطلوب داشتند. بین متغیر&shy;های جنسیت، شغل و فوت همسر یا فرزندان با رعایت رفتار&shy;های پیشگیرانه ارتباط معنی&shy;داری وجود داشت.<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> لازم است با شناسایی عوامل تاثیر گذار بر انجام رفتار&shy;های پیشگیری کننده در جهت افزایش انجام این رفتار&shy;ها در سالمندان به عنوان یکی از گروه &shy;های در معرض خطر گام برداریم.&nbsp; <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%">Introduction:</span></span></b><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"> The elderly are at risk of COVID-19, so preventive behaviors play an important role in reducing the incidence and mortality of this disease among this group. The subjects were selected by multi-stage sampling method. The researcher-made questionnaire was used for data collection containing demographic variables and questions related to preventive behaviors. The data were analyzed by SPSS16 software using descriptive statistics.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%">Results:</span></span></b><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"> The mean age of the participants was 64.11 &plusmn; 4.47 (ranging from 60 to 87 years).</span></span> They <span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%">were in a good condition in terms of refraining from handshakes or kisses and frequent hand washing with soap and water, and they were in unfavorable condition in terms of using gloves.
