<strong><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">روش بررسی:</span></strong><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> این مطالعه از نوع تجربی مداخله ­ای و </span><span style="font-size:12px;">جمعیت مورد مطالعه شامل رت­های نر و ماده </span><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">(</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">SD</span></span><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">)</span> <span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">Sprague Dawley</span></span> <span style="font-size:11.0pt;">بودند که از نظر نوع غذای دریافتی به 2 گروه تیمار و شاهد تقسیم شدند. گروه اول شامل 10 رت (5 نر و 5 ماده) با مصرف غذایی 50 درصد برنج تراریخته طارم مولایی از کل کربوهیدرات مورد نیاز و گروه دوم شامل 10 رت (5 نر و 5 ماده) با مصرف غذایی 50 درصد برنج غیر تراریخته طارم مولایی از کل کربوهیدرات مورد نیاز بودند.</span> <span style="font-size:11.0pt;">پس از 90 روز از خوراندن رت­ها با الگوی تغذیه مزبور، نمونه گیری از خون صورت پذیرفت. استخراج </span> <span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">DNA</span></span><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">از خون با استفاده از کیت</span> <span style="font-size:11.0pt;">و بر اساس دستورالعمل همراه انجام شد. بررسی کیفی و کمی</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">DNA</span></span> <span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> استخراج شده به ترتیب با استفاده از آگارز ژل الکتروفورز و اسپکتروفتومتری انجام گرفت. وجود ژن تراریختگی در خون با استفاده از پرایمرهای اختصاصی </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">cryIA(b)</span></span><strong><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">، </span></strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">T35</span></span> <span style="font-size:11.0pt;">و </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">P35</span></span> <span style="font-size:11.0pt;">مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و محصول تکثیر شده با استفاده از آگارز ژل الکتروفورز مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.</span><br>
<strong><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">یافته ها</span></strong>: <span style="font-size:11.0pt;">با استفاده از آگارز ژل الکتروفورز نتایج تکثیر مشخص شد که ژن تراریختگی در نمونه ­های خون رت­های مورد بررسی در این مطالعه یافت نشد.</span><br>
<strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> نتیجه­ گیری:</span></span></strong> <span dir="RTL"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">طبق نتایج، هیچ تفاوت معناداری از نظر حضور ژن­ تراریختگی در خون گروه­ های شاهد و مداخله رت­ ها مشاهده نشد. لذا نتایج این تحقیق احتمال انتقال ژن به </span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">خون</span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> موجود مصرف­ کننده برنج تراریخته را رد می­کند</span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">. یافته های این پژوهش نشان داد که هیچ گونه تفاوتی بین ایمنی برنج تراریخته و غیر تراریخته از نظر امکان انتقال ژن وجود ندارد. </span></span></span>
<strong>Introduction:</strong> Genetically modified plants species of plants are produced by the genetic engineering of agricultural science and the addition of specific genes in their genetic sequences with the aim of optimizing the product and creating desirable traits. This study examined the remains of <em>Cry1A(b)</em> and P35 genes in blood of rats fed with genetically modified rice.<br>
<strong>Methods:</strong> This study was experimental and interventional and the study population included male and female rats Sprague Dawley (SD), which were divided into two treatment and control groups according to the type of food received. The first group consisted of 50% of the genetically modified rice and second group consisted of 50% of non- genetically modified rice. sampling and DNA extraction from the blood was done after 90 days of feeding the rats with the nutritional pattern using a kit. Quantitative and qualitative study of extracted DNA was performed using agarose gel electrophoresis and spectrophotometry, respectively.<br>
<strong>Results: </strong>Amplification product with targets P35<em>, Cry1A(b)</em> and T35 was studied using agarose gel electrophoresis 1.5%, which showed that blood samples were negative for the presence of transgenic genes.<br>
<strong>Conclusion: </strong>The results showed no significant difference in the presence of transgenic genes of p35 and <em>Cry1A(b)</em> in the blood tissue of the treatment and control groups of rats. Therefore, the results of this study reject the possibility of gene transfer to the existing organs of the consumers. Results of this study showed that there is no difference between safety of genetically and non-genetically modified rice from viewpoint of gen transferring. <br>
