fa تبیین تجارب زیسته مردان مبتلا به آسیب جسمی-حرکتی با محوریت ازدواج: رویکردی پدیدارشناسانه تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">مقدمه</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">:آسیب‌دیدگی‌های جسمی- حرکتی نوعی آسیب است که یک یا چند فعالیت اساسی زندگی فرد را محدود می‌کند و مانع بروز کارآمد توانایی‌های بدنی یا روانی در فرد می‌شوند.</span></span> <span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">بنابراین مردان مبتلا به این نوع معلولیت در فرایند زندگی خود با چالش&shy;ها و مشکلات خاصی روبرو خواهند شد. یکی از مهم&shy;ترین این چالش ها ازدواج و انتخاب همسر در جهت حمایت عاطفی، روانی و جسمانی از مرد می&shy;باشد. لذا هدف&nbsp; از این پژوهش تبیین تجارب و چالش های مردان مبتلا به آسیب های جسمی </span></span><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">&ndash;</span><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> حرکتی با محوریت ازدواج می&shy;باشد. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">روش بررسی:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> این پژوهش به شیوه کیفی، به روش پدیدارشناسی، با نمونه&shy;گیری هدفمند و استفاده از مصاحبه ژرف&shy;نگر با 16مردکه مبتلا به آسیبهای جسمی </span></span><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">&ndash;</span><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> حرکتی بودندانجام شد. مصاحبه&shy;ها ضبط شدند، سپس به صورت کتبی ثبت گردید و به روش</span></span> <span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">Colaizzi</span></span><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">یافته &shy;ها</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">: یافته&shy;های حاصل از تجربیات و چالش های مردان مبتلا به آسیب جسمی- حرکتی در 6 مضمون اصلی (نگرانی&shy;های شغلی، ترس از ناتوانی در روابط جنسی، ترس از طرد، معضلات درمانی، باورها و اعتقادات مذهبی، خود اثبات گری در زندگی) و 20 مضمون فرعی که به صورت زیرگروه&shy;های مضامین اصلی کدبندی شده&shy;اند، خلاصه گردید. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">نتیجه&shy; گیری:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> این یافته&shy;ها می&shy;تواند اطلاعات لازم&nbsp; در خصوص شناخت مشکلات، دغدغه&shy;ها و چالش های اصلی مردان مبتلا به آسیب جسمی </span></span><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">&ndash;</span><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> حرکتی در زمینه ازدواج را فراهم کند و راهگشای بسیاری از متخصصان و مسئولین در زمینه ارائه خدمات و حمایت هایی در جهت توانبخشی اجتماعی معلولان جسمی حرکتی باشد.&nbsp; </span></span><br> &nbsp; <strong>Introduction</strong>: Physical-motor injury is a type of injury that limits one or more of the basic activities of a person&#39;s life and prevents the physical and mental development of an individual. Therefore, men with this type of disability will face certain challenges and problems during their lifetime. One of the most important challenges is marriage and the choice of the spouse to support the emotional, psychological and physical aspects of the man. The aim of the present study is to explain the lived experiences and challenges of men with marital-related physical-motor injuries.<br> <strong>Methods</strong>: This research was carried out in a qualitative way, through the phenomenology of lived experiences, via a purposive sampling technique and in-depth interviews with 16 males with physical-motor injuries.
