fa تاثیر مداخله آموزشی مبتنی بر رویکرد فرایند عمل بهداشتی بر مهارتهای فرزند پروری مادران دانش آموزان دختر مشهد در سال1395 عمومى General پژوهشي Research <strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">مقدمه:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> فرزند پروری فعالیت پیچیده ای شامل روش ها و رفتارهای ویژه است که بطور مجزا یا در تعامل با یکدیگر بررشد کودک تاثیر می گذارد. هدف از این پژوهش، تعیین اثر مداخله آموزشی مبتنی بر رویکرد فرایند عمل بهداشتی برمهارتهای فرزند پروری مادران دانش آموزان دختر مشهد بود.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">روش بررسی: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">پژوهش حاضر مطالعه ای نیمه تجربی است که بر روی 100 مادر(50 نفرآزمون و 50 نفرکنترل) دارای فرزند دختر13-10 سال در مشهد به روش خوشه ای چند مرحله ای در سال 1395 انجام گردید. ابزار گردآوری داده هاپرسشنامه مبتنی برمدل رویکرد فرایند عمل بهداشتی به&shy; همراه سؤالات جمعیت‌شناختی بود که پس از تأیید روایی محتوایی و پایایی، قبل و 2 ماه بعد از مداخله تکمیل شد. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار16 </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">SPSS</span></span><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">و آزمون&shy;های توصیفی (فراوانی و درصد، میانگین و انحراف‌ معیار) و آزمون&shy;های تحلیلی (من ویتنی و ویلکاکسون) در سطح معناداری 05/0 انجام ‌شد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">یافته ها: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">آزمون کای دو نشان داد که بین گروه آزمون و کنترل از نظرگروه سنی،&nbsp; تعداد اعضای خانوار، سطح تحصیلات مادر و همسران آنها و شغل مادر و همسران آنها تفاوت آماری معنی داری وجود نداشت. براساس آزمون من ویتنی تنها در سازه عمل برنامه ریزی شده بین دوگروه آزمون وکنترل قبل از مداخله تفاوت آماری معنی دار وجود داشت (</span></span><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">01/0</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">P=</span></span><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">و 57/2</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">Z=</span></span><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">) همچنین دوماه بعد از مداخله در همه سازه ها اختلاف بین دوگروه معنی دارگزارش گردید.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">نتیجه گیری: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">با توجه به یافته های پژوهش مداخله آموزشی که بر اساس&nbsp; سازه های مدل رویکرد فرایند عمل بهداشتی طراحی شده بود، تاثیر مثبتی در مهارت های فرزند پروری مادران داشته است.</span></span><br> &nbsp; <strong>Introduction: </strong>Parenting is a complex activity, which includes special procedures and behaviors that affect the child&#39;s growth. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of educational intervention based on the health action process approach on the parenting skills of girl students&rsquo; mothers in Mashhad.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This was a quasi-experimental study conducted on 100 mothers (50test and 50control), who had 10-13 year-old girls. Mothers were selected using cluster sampling method. Data were collected by a questionnaire designed based on the health action process approach. The questionnaire also contained the demographic questions and its validity and reliable were completed before and 2months after the intervention. After completing the questionnaires, data were analyzed by SPSS 16 and descriptive (frequency, percentage, mean, and SD) and analytical tests (Mann-Whitney and Wilcoxon) at the significance level of 0.05.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The Chi-square test showed no statistically significant difference between the experimental and control groups in terms of family size, mothers&#39; age category, level of education, and job. The Mann-Whitney test showed that significant difference existed between the experimental and control groups before intervention<span dir="RTL">) </span>P=0.01Z=2.57<span dir="RTL">(</span> only with regard to action planning.
