fa بررسی فرهنگ ایمنی وعوامل موثر برآن دریک صنعت فولاد تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: tahoma;"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> فرهنگ ایمنی بیان کننده ارزش‌ها، نگرش‌ها، ادراکات، تلاش‌ها و الگوهای رفتاری فردی یا&nbsp; گروهی است که تعهد، موفقیت و کارایی یک سیستم مدیریت ایمنی را تعیین می‌کند.هدف ازانجام مطالعه حاضر بررسی فرهنگ ایمنی وعوامل موثربرآن دریکی ازصنایع فولادمی باشد.<br> <strong>روش بررسی:</strong> آشناترین ابزار برای اندازه گیری جنبه های روانشناختی ، پرسشنامه فرهنگ ایمنی است. در این مطالعه توصیفی &ndash; تحلیلی با استفاده ازپرسشنامه استاندارد، 202 نفر از پرسنل یک شرکت تولیدکننده فولاد مورد بررسی قرارگرفتند .این پرسشنامه دارای 74 سوال در دو بخش اطلاعات جامعه شناختی و سوالات سنجش فرهنگ ایمنی می باشد . داده های جمع‌آوری شده به نرم‌افزار <span dir="LTR">spss</span> (نسخه19)منتقل&nbsp; و با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و تحلیلی ،نتایج تحلیل گردید.<br> <strong>یافته ها:</strong>میانگین نمره نهایی فرهنگ ایمنی درافراد شرکت کننده دراین تحقیق 07/22&plusmn;98/167 از نمره کلی 325 می باشد. اختلاف نمره فرهنگ ایمنی درگروههای مختلف تحصیلی به لحاظ آماری معنی داراست(02/0<span dir="LTR">P =</span>). علاوه بر این، اختلاف نمره کلی فرهنگ ایمنی در افراد حادثه دیده و حادثه ندیده از لحاظ آماری معنی دارمی باشد(02/0<span dir="LTR">P =</span>).<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> با توجه به یافته ها،فرهنگ ایمنی بیشترین همبستگی را با بعد تعهد مدیریت دارد. مدیریت سازمان با حمایت در طرح‌ریزی و اجرای برنامه های مناسب ایمنی نقش مهمی در ایجاد، ترویج و ارتقاء فرهنگ ایمنی داردکه منجربه ایمن ترشدن رفتارها ،افزایش فرهنگ ایمنی ودرنتیجه کاهش آمارحوادث سازمان می گردد.</span></span><br> &nbsp; <strong>Introduction</strong> : Safety culture reflects the values, attitudes, perceptions, and behavior patterns of individual or collective efforts and commitment, success and effectiveness of a safety management system is determined.The aim of this study was to investigate factors affecting safety culture is one of the steel industry.<br> <strong>Methods</strong> : The most familiar tool to measure psychological aspects, safety culture questionnaire.In this cross - sectional study using a standard questionnaire, 202 personnel of a company producing steel were studied. The questionnaire has 74 questions in two parts of sociological and questions to measure safety culture.The collected data is transferred to spss software(version 19) and using descriptive statistics and analytical results were analyzed.<br> <strong>Results</strong> :The average final score&nbsp; safety culture in the participants in this study was 167/98 &plusmn; 22/07 from the total score of 325.The difference of scores of safety culture in the various educational groups is statistically significant(p=0/02). In addition, the difference of safety culture total score were statistically significant among workers with and without accidents(p=0/02) .<br> <strong>Conclusion</strong>: According to the findings, the safety culture has the highest correlation with the dimension of management commitment.
