fa پیش بینی عوامل مؤثر بر رفتار جمع آوری زباله در شهرکرمان با بهره گیری از مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">مقدمه</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">: جمع آوری، دفع و دفن مواد زاید به طریق علمی و اقتصادی از عمده ترین مشکلات بهداشتی و زیست محیطی بشر می باشد. شناخت وضعیت موجود و چگونگی برخورد افراد جامعه، خانواده ها و مدیران مراکز صنعتی گامی اساسی در جهت&nbsp; اعمال شیوه های درست جمع آوری، دفع و دفن مواد زائد می باشد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیش بینی عوامل مؤثر بر رفتار جمع آوری زباله در شهرکرمان با بهره گیری از مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی</span></span> <span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">صورت پذیرفته است.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">روش بررسی</span></span></strong>: <span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی&nbsp; در شهر کرمان در سال 1394 انجام شد. در این مطالعه&nbsp; 400&nbsp; نفر از جامعه هدف به&nbsp; روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای متساوی انتخاب شدند</span></span><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">.</span></span> <span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">ابزار</span></span> <span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">مورد</span></span> <span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">استفاده،</span></span> <span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">پرسشنامه ای</span></span> <span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">محقق</span></span> <span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">ساخته</span></span> <span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">و خود ایفا </span></span><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">بر اساس مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی بود</span></span><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> که روایی و پایایی آن مورد تایید قرار گرفت.</span></span><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> اطلاعات جمع آوری شده </span></span><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">با استفاده از شاخص های آمار توصیفی و ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن و آزمون کروسکال والیس و با به‌کارگیری نرم‌افزار16</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">SPSS </span></span>&nbsp;<span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">مورد تجزیه و تحلیل </span></span><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">قرار گرفت</span></span><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">یافته ها: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که میانگین سنی افراد مورد بررسی06/1 </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">&plusmn;</span></span><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">12/28 سال&nbsp; برآورد شد. منافع، شدت و حساسیت درک شده به ترتیب بالاترین میانگین را به خود اختصاص دادند. بین تحصیلات ،آگاهی و حساسیت درک شده افراد ارتباط معنی داری وجود نداشت و برای متغیر های شدت و منافع و موانع درک شده سطح معنا داری کمتر از 05/0&nbsp; بدست آمد. دوسوم افراد،&nbsp; منزل را بعنوان بهترین مکان انجام&nbsp; رفتار مورد نظر معرفی نموده بودند.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">نتیجه گیری: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">منافع، شدت و حساسیت درک شده بعنوان بهترین فاکتورهای پیش گویی کننده انجام رفتار جمع آوری زباله شناخته شدند، لذا برنامه ریزی بر اساس مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی با تاکید بر کاهش موانع و افزایش منافع و شدت درک شده&nbsp; به منظور بهبود رفتار توصیه می گردد.</span></span><br> &nbsp;<br> <br> &nbsp; <strong>Introduction</strong>: Collection, secretion, and burial of waste products by scientific and economic methods are from the main problems with regard to hygiene and environment. Evaluation of the current situation and the ways that individuals, families, and industrial managers deal with this issue are basic steps towards applying the right methods in this regard. This study was carried out to predict the effective factors on the waste collection behavior in Kerman using the health belie model<span dir="RTL">.</span><br> <strong>Methods</strong>: This cross-sectional descriptive survey was conducted in Kerman city in 2015. The stratified random sampling method was conducted and&nbsp; 400 general practitioners were selected. A researcher-made questionnaire based on the Health&nbsp; Belief&nbsp; Model was applied. The validity and&nbsp; reliability of this questionnaire were confirmed. Data collected using descriptive statistics, Spearman correlation coefficient, and the Kruskal-Wallis test were analyzed by SPSS version 16.<br> <strong>Results</strong>: The results showed that the mean age of participants was 28.12 &plusmn; 1.06 years. The benefits, severity, and perceived sensitivity had the highest means, respectively. No significant relationship was found among individuals&#39; education, awareness, and perceived sensitivity. Considering the variables of perceived barriers, benefits, and severity, the significant level was less than 0.05.&nbsp; Two-thirds of the participations introduced &quot;home&quot; as the best place to conduct the desired behavior<span dir="RTL">.</span><br> <strong>Conclusion</strong>: Perceived benefits, severity, and sensitivity were identified as the best predictors of waste collection behavior.
