fa بررسی میزان آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد متصدیان کشت گلخانه‌ای شهرستان یزد در رابطه با مخاطرات بهداشتی کاربرد سموم در سال 1391 تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <p dir="RTL"><strong>مقدمه</strong>: آفت کش‌های مورد استفاده در کشاورزی، یکی از منابع مهم آلودگی محیط زیست هستند که بر سلامت موجودات زنده از جمله انسان<span dir="LTR">­</span>ها، تأثیر منفی دارند. هدف از انجام این مطالعه، بررسی میزان آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد متصدیان کشت گلخانه­ای شهرستان یزد در رابطه با مخاطرات بهداشتی کاربرد سموم در سال1391 بوده است.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>روش بررسی</strong>: این مطالعه، یک مطالعه توصیفی(مقطعی) است که جمعیت مورد مطالعه در آن تحقیق، متصدیان گلخانه‌های فعال شهرستان یزد بودند. در این مطالعه به صورت تصادفی، تعداد250 نمونه از2233  متصدی گلخانه انتخاب گردید و سپس با استفاده از پرسشنامه آگاهی، نگرش و رفتارهای کارگران، مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. پس از جمع آوری داده­ها و کدگذاری­، داده‌ها وارد نرم افزار <span dir="LTR">SPSS</span> شده و جهت مقایسه میانگین داده از آزمون<span dir="LTR">T-test </span> و <span dir="LTR">ANOVA</span> استفاده شد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که از کل متصدیان گلخانه، تعداد134 نفر(6/53 درصد) آموزش‌های مرتبط با کاربرد سموم را دیده‌بودند. همچنین نتایج نشان دادکه با توجه به نمره آگاهی که حداکثر13 می‌باشد، هیچ کدام از متصدیان، نمره کامل را دریافت نکردند. همچنین میزان نگرش متصدیان گلخانه نسبت به کاربرد سموم، در حد بالا و به تعداد 243 نفر می‌باشد. میزان عملکرد 138 نفر از متصدیان گلخانه، در حد متوسط، قرار داشت.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه گیری</strong>: با وجود این که اطلاعات متصدیان گلخانه مورد مطالعه در بعضی زمینه‌ها، نظیر اقدامات احتیاطی هنگام کار با سموم به نسبت خوب می‌باشد، در بعضی زمینه‌ها مانند استفاده از ماسک تنفسی مناسب برای سم پاشی و لباس کار مخصوص کافی نبوده که نشانگر ضرورت تدوین و اجرای برنامه آموزشی، تخصصی است. این مقاله برگرفته از پایان نامه دانشجویی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی و خدمات بهداشتی درمانی شهید صدوقی یزد می‌باشد<span dir="LTR">.</span></p> <p dir="RTL"></p> <p dir="LTR"><strong>Introduction:</strong> Pesticides used in agriculture in order to protect crops and plants from pests, diseases and weeds are regarded as one of the major sources of environmental pollution, with produce a negative effect on the health of living organisms, including humans.Therefore this study aimed to evaluate knowledge, attitude and practice of planting greenhouse operators in Yazd in regard with health hazards associated with pesticide use in 2012-2013.</p> <p dir="LTR"><strong>Methods:</strong> This study was a cross-sectional study, which its population consisted of active nursery operators in Yazd. In this randomized study, 250 samples were selected out of 2233 greenhouse operators and then knowledge, attitudes and behavior of workers were measured using a questionnaire. After the study data were collected and codified, they ere entered into SPSS software. Moreover T-test and ANOVA tests were utilized to compare the average.</p> <p dir="LTR"><strong>Results:</strong> The results of the present study revealed that out of all greenhouse operators, 134 (6/53%) had received pesticideuse training were trained. Education of 74 (29%) of the operaters were reported at the initial level. Experience of 104 operaters (9/41%) was revealed 6-10 years. 73 (2/29%) of operaters aged between 25 and 35 years. Moreover, the results showed, none of the officers receive the full credit(Maximum knowledge score is 13). Attitudes of 243 operaters towards the use of pesticides in greenhouses was reported at a high level.
