Introduction: With attention to the existence numerous numbers of industrial towns and them volume of generated wastewater  and problems of shortage of water in the Yazd province, therfore the proper wastewater treatment and efficient management of waste water of industrial towns for reuse of them  is one of  the most important of program for reducing & saving in water consumption.  Hence, this study aimed to the feasibility of the reuse of waste water of industrial town of Jahan Abad Maybod for agricultural and irrigation uses.
Methods: This study is a descriptive crosssectional research. At this study, it is used the mean values ​​of the results of sampling and tests of output waste water of Jahan Abad Maybod treatment plant in 2012 (July to January). Then the mean values ​​of the BOD, COD, TSS and ... parameters compared with the standards values of the EPA and analyzed by Excel software.
Results: The results show that the mean values ​​of quality parameters of the output waste waterof treatment plant such as COD, BOD5, TSS, SO4, pH and turbidity are respectively 312, 160, 92, 162(mg/L), 8/2 and 31/4(NTU).
Conclusion: The results showed that the mean values ​​of the quality parameters of the studied output waste water except BOD5  and COD are in the standard range for the uses of agriculture and irrigation which it may has the negative & inappropriate environmental operation of these two parameters.
